Doritos Cheesy Chicken Casserole

Isn't it great to be prepared for dinner a day or more ahead of time!  I love being at work and think what's for dinner?....and then remember that I planned and prepared earlier in the week!  Sometimes the meal can be complete or at least have cooked the majority the day before!  This recipe is so easy and quick to put together...especially if you already have the chicken cooked!  This is a dish that is sure to please everyone...who doesn't like cheese and Doritos!

Snickers Fudge

If the picture doesn't make you drool, I don't know what will. :D,,  Gooey caramel, peanuts, chocolate . . . what more do you need in life? :D  This recipe has several steps. It takes some time to let each layer set up, but it is not hard to make. I usually cut these into small squares so that it will serve a lot. This is also a recipe that can be make quite a bit ahead of time. I have had this in the fridge for up to a week and it does just fine.
