Condiments are my weakness. At any given time, the top shelf of my refrigerator is lined with an assortment of jars filled with dressings, sauces, vinaigrettes, marinades, butters, jams, salsas and spreads. While I can never resist playing with new flavor combinations, there are some classics that have a special place in my refrigerator year round.
